- Firstly, please ensure that you are using our App. If you are still encountering issues, we recommend clearing the cache from your app.

- Attempt to access live streaming using a different connection (WiFi or mobile data). If this resolves the issue, try resetting your internet connection.

- Try using another device. If live streaming works, it would suggest the issue lies with the initial device you were using. Try a hard reset and see if the problem remains.
