Dormant Account Process

To help keep your account secure, LiveScore Bet automatically classifies accounts as dormant if they have been inactive for 13 consecutive months.

If your account has become dormant, reactivating it is straightforward. Simply contact our Customer Support team. To ensure your account remains safe and compliant with Irish gaming regulations, we will ask you to re-verify your identity before we can restore full access.

To complete our standard verification process, you will be asked to provide up-to-date proof of identity and address. These typically include:

• Proof of Identity: A valid, clear copy of your Passport, Driving Licence, or National ID card.

• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or official letter issued within the last 3 to 6 months showing your full name and current address. You can use your Driving Licence to verify both your name and address.

Once you have submitted your documents to Customer Support, your details will be securely passed to our Verification Team for review.

Our Verification Team will review your documentation within 48 hours. Once the checks are completed and approved, we will notify you and reopen your account so you can get back to playing.
