I've forgotten my login details

For security reasons, we don’t save customer passwords. But don’t worry, it’s nice and simple to reset your password should you go blank.

You can request a new one by clicking ‘Forgotten details?’ and doing the following:

• Enter your email address and date of birth, followed by the verification code displayed, then click ‘Continue’.
• After doing so, check the email account registered to your Livescore Bet account for our email containing your temporary password.
• Once you’ve logged in, you can change your password by clicking on > My Account > Account details > Password.

If you’re resetting your password and get an error on the first page, check the details entered are correct.

Should you enter your login details incorrectly three times, your account will be locked for 20 minutes. If you still encounter problems after trying again, please contact us for assistance.

If you’ve forgotten your username or email address associated with your account, please see our contact details below.

Can I change my username?
