Uploading documents for verification When sending documents for account verification (if required), please ensure your picture or file shows the whole of the requested document and that we can read any writing or numbers. To make this process as simple as possible, we provide a number of ways for you to send your documents to us. Please take a look at the below options, and decide which is best for you. Email A popular way is to email clear pictures of your documents to id_ie@livescorebet.com. You can use a digital camera or mobile phone, or scan them and save the images on your computer. In-app You can also upload documents via our app when logged into your account. Simply navigate to > My account > Account verification. From here, you can select the document type and upload the required file. Your documents will be processed once received within 12 hours. To avoid any delays, please only send exactly what’s required and ensure all images are clear. IMPORTANT - Please only take live photos of your documents by scanning the document in front of yourself, using your device, and try to be in a well lit area.- If you do attempt to upload a pre-taken image, then that may not pass the initial document verification check.
