How do I verify my account?

You must be fully verified to do certain things with your account, including placing Bets or Wagers, or withdrawing your funds. We may need to verify the date of birth, address and/or payment methods of our customers if we've not been able to do so externally. In order to verify this information, we’ll require colour pictures of relevant documents.

If you're making a withdrawal, you will also need to be verified. We may need to see a copy of the payment method you've used. We’ll email to let you know the documents we require and you'll also see a message on the withdrawal page.
