What's available to you

Deposit limits: If you’d like to set a daily, weekly and monthly limit, you can do so by imposing limits on the amount you deposit. This can be done during the account registration process or at any point by navigating to  > Bet responsibly >  Deposit limits. Or you can just click here.

Account closure: Should you want to close your account, our standard account closure can be activated by getting in touch with us, or you can manually close the account yourself by going to  > Bet responsibly > Close account and then decide which option suits your needs. 

Cool-off: It’s also possible to take a cool-off break for between 24 hours and six weeks, during which time you won’t be able to log in to your account. If a cool-off is something you'd like to consider, you can simply go to > Bet responsibly > Cool off, or just click here for more details.

Reality check: You can set a reality check within your account, that will give you the opportunity to enable a notification to appear when you've been on site for a certain amount of time. You can set a time for either 30 minutes or 1 hour, depending on your preferences. Just go to  > Bet responsibly > Reality check. Or just click here.

Self-exclusion: If you wish to take an extended break from betting with us, you can request to exclude access to your account under our self-exclusion policy. You can self-exclude and close your account from a minimum of six months up to five years.
